Town Square becomes a pumpkin patch and scarecrows of all shapes, sizes and colors stand guard throughout Olde Town. Bring costumed kids for the parade, navigate the corn maze, find a perfect pumpkin and be sure to visit all the scarecrows. Vote for your favorite scarecrow – the winner will receive a prize – or enter your own scarecrow creation.

Trick or Treat Street

On the spookiest night of the year, bring the family to Olde Town for a safe and friendly night of trick-or-treating. Local merchants welcome the little ghosts and goblins from 5 pm to 8pm. Visit Olde Town Arvada for a “haunting” good time on Halloween.

Celebrate the Holidays in Olde Town!
November 28, December 12 & 19
Experience a touch of the Victorian days, with carolers, romantic carriage rides, and Santa in his sleigh. Celebrate the holidays on Fridays throughout the season and find that special gift in one of our distinctly unique shops.

Lagniappe & Tree Lighting
December 1
Celebrate Lagniappe (“lawn-yahp”) as Olde Town merchants thank their loyal customers with small gifts of appreciation. The Mayor will begin the festivities by lighting the Tree in Town Square, followed by carolers, Santa on his sleigh, and old-fashioned carriage rides for the cost of a canned food donation to the Arvada Food Bank.
